We deliver online courses across two separate learning platforms so we can assign you the right tutor for each course. If a course isn't visible yet, it may simply be on the other platform — your tutor will email you with login details.

Waited longer than 24 hours?
Gateway tutors and our admin team answer questions Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm GMT. If you've waited longer than 24 hours after purchase during these times, check your inbox, junk, spam, promotions folders and bin.

Each Gateway website requires its own login. We recommend using strong, secure and unique passwords for each platform you use.
